Terms and Conditions for Fringe Interior

1. Introduction

This Agreement governs your use of Fringe Interior\s services and website. By accessing or using the services provided by Fringe Studio B.V. (\we\, \us\, or \our\), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (\Agreement\). If you do not agree to this Agreement, you are not authorized to use any of our services.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to the application, website, products, and services provided by Fringe Interior. "User" refers to individuals or entities who access or use the Service. "Content" includes, but is not limited to, text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material. "License" refers to the permissions granted to Users under this Agreement to access and use the Service.

7. Payments and Refunds

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a periodic basis and are non-refundable for the subscription period they cover.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which constitutes part of these Terms. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Fringe Studio B.V. its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fringe Studio B.V. and its affiliates from and against any claims, actions or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
