A crease in the chair’s back is inspired by a folded piece of paper on the designer’s studio table and provides extra support for the upper and lower back. Seven colour options are inspired by Scandinavian nature and, along with multiple base options, make N02 Recycle particularly applicable for work, meeting and dining arrangements. The four-legged N02 Recycle chair is elegantly simple and functional, as well as stackable and easy to arrange in rows. Gently curved, steel legs recall the single-shell chair designs of Arne Jacobsen and Vico Magistretti.

Uniting beauty with resilience, the weatherproof upholstery is Oeko-Tex® certified and extremely colourfast and lightfast as well as water and dirt-repellent and mildew-resistant. The cushion dries quickly even after a heavy downpour, as the foam has an open-cell structure that allows water and air to pass through. Please note that a different version is available to meet the fire regulations in the UK market. These cushions are upholstered with FR cold foam, which is not weather resistant.

The Series 7™ chair is an icon in modern furniture history, designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1955. Its unique shape is timeless and incredibly versatile, displaying character without overpowering the eye. The chair is made from 9 layers of pressure moulded veneer for strength, flexibility and durability despite its slender form. This is the most popular design within Fritz Hansen’s chair collection. The 3107 has slim yet strong steel-tubed legs that complement the shell’s curved profile. Legs extend just beyond the edge of the seat, allowing chairs to be easily arranged in rows or stacked for storage. The base/legs are discreetly mounted to a circular disc beneath the seat further enhancing the clean, minimal aesthetic of Jacobsen’s design.

Superellipse™

Fritz Hansen’s Table Series includes the Superellipse™, the Supercircular™, circular and rectangular tables designed by Piet Hein, Bruno Mathsson and Arne Jacobsen. The Superellipse™ table was inspired by the designer Piet Hein’s solution to a traffic problem at Sergels Torg in Stockholm: a super elliptical roundabout. The extendable Superellipse B619 table can be expanded from a neat table with space for six to a twelve-seater for larger gatherings with no obvious ‘head of the table’. The largest elliptical table is adaptable for productive work or sharing good food with friends and family.

Dania Cutting Board

The Dania series encompasses a range of functional and beautiful wooden objects crafted with care and made to last a lifetime An exceptionally beautiful cutting board. Assembled using small pieces of teak end grain leftover from furniture production, each cutting board gets a unique pattern in various light and dark brown nuances. The 100% FSC-certified teak contains natural oils resistant to moisture and germs, while the upward fibres on the end grain absorb the impact from knife blades sublimely. This ensures remarkable durability – both in terms of the board itself and the knives used on it. The board has built-in grips on each end and a juice groove that collects liquids and crumbs to keep kitchens clean.

The N01™ chair fuses Danish and Japanese design in nine layers of pressure moulded veneer and solid wood legs. Millimetre by millimetre, the design is an illustration of beauty and functionality. The beautiful seat cushion is not only a nice touch to your N01™ chair but it also offers you extra comfort if you are sitting in the chair for a longer period of time. In addition the seat cushion will protect the wood from marks that may occur from use, for example scratches from buttons and zippers.
