Conceived by Ali Budd for Artistic Tile and winner of the 2024 Luxe RED Award for Tile Design—Kata is a sophisticated composition of different marbles, with one or two jagged-edged layers atop a square honed base. Each colorway is comprised of three different marbles: Bardiglio combines both honed and textured blue grey Bardiglio with honed Bianco Carrara; Rosa mixes Rosa Portogallo, Calacatta Macchia Vecchia and Bianco Dolomiti, and Green features a graphic mix of Nero and Bianco Carrara freshened by the mint green of Ming Classico. The layering atop each tile which creates an intensity of variation - across marble species within each tile, and in depth and profile of the layers from tile to tile. Each tile is a nominal 12" x 12", with thickness that varies between 3/8" and 1 1/4".

STAIRTEC FLR stainless steel stair nosing trims STAIRTEC FLR is a technical stair nosing in rounded stainless steel designed for the edge of ceramic or wood steps. It covers the gap between riser and tread, finishing and strengthening the edge of the step. The lower vertical tooth allows the overlap to any coating or painted plaster layer, hiding the junction between the two different materials and avoiding subsequent cracks. Robust, quick to apply, it economically replaces the "special pieces", with a similar section finish and aesthetically equally valid. The profile has a non-slip textured surface.
