Yoko

Yoko, a light and elegant seating design; a Japanese name and Scandinavian lines that come together in a piece of furniture with an aesthetic matrix, flavoured by both cultures. A contrast in constant equilibrium thanks to the skilful craftsmanship of the Japanese-Danish couple Inoda+Sveje. The continuous cross-reference between the two cultures, their styles and manufacturing skills shapes a project composed of an armchair, a dining little armchair and a bench/footstool characterised by a dual lightness: physical and aesthetic. Delicate and sinuous lines, created with precious cabinet-making interlocking techniques that enrich the structure of legs and armrests in solid ash open pore wood lacquered with a Liquorice colour, or in solid Canaletto walnut stained Light Brown, a chromatic choice that lends a more decisive tone to the elegance of the silhouette. The wooden frame has a joint where the leg meets the armrest, both at the front and at the back: a structural joint that becomes decorative thanks to the clever use of the wooden material. In this project, the great expertise in woodworking that has always been characteristic of Nordic and Japanese craftsmanship meets the historical know-how of a Made in Italy company that has been an expert in exquisite upholstered furniture for decades. Yoko is the harmonious union of technology, elegance and comfort.
Superquadra

The storage units in the Superquadra family by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27 are of different sizes and are intended for a variety of uses, yet they all share the same minimal design, the same style - somewhere between classic rationalism and a contemporary vibe - and the same floating aesthetic, which endows them with an airy, suspended appearance. The sideboard is available in several sizes and heights, starting from the dining, living/TV and cabinet versions. In the first two variants, the body of the unit rests on a solid wood base. Sporting volumes of different sizes, it comes equipped with drawers, all with handles in a polished varnished Brandy-coloured finish. The bearing structure of the dining and living/TV storage units is in Dark Brown stained palisander Santos with matt polyester lacquered finish, or in Black lacquered open-pore ash, and sits on feet with a polished Brandy finish. In addition to Dark Brown stained palisander Santos with matt polyester lacquered finish or Black lacquered open-pore ash, the storage elements for the dining and living/TV units are also available with a glossy Moka, Cappuccino or Malachite lacquer. The cabinet, with its pure and geometric shapes, emphasizes the sophisticated combination of materials, creating a refined contrast between wood, varnished aluminium and glass. All these elements host the same materials and proportions inspired by the elegant rationalism, characterising the mood of the Brasilia range, and indeed the overall style of Marcio Kogan / studio mk27. The dining version, available in the size 273,5 cm and in two different heights, offers four drawers, with a cutlery holder in Black saddle-hide in the top one. One important detail is the foot in aluminium with polished Brandy-coloured finish, which juts out from the line of the base. The living/TV unit, available in a single 273,5 cm version, offers a storage space with two drawers and surface made of thin staves in Dark Brown stained Canaletto walnut that lighten the volume and create an original interplay of transparencies. The cabinet, available in one size, 105 cm, is characterised by a frame with doors in stratified glass, coupled with a copper-coloured metallic mesh inside. This combination offers glimpses of the reflections created by the back panels in bronzed glass and by the double light strip, positioned on the sides of the frame. Inside, it houses a set of drawers in Dark Brown stained palisander Santos, with matt polyester lacquered finish. Placing two cabinets together, one next to the other, creates an interesting twist on an effective storage solution.
Bellagio Dining "Outdoor"

The Bellagio Outdoor family of tables expands with the addition of new dimensions in the dining and lounge/dining versions, available with stone or wood tops. The contoured and fine-grain polished Basaltine stone version undergoes a unique stain-resistant treatment and has a stainless steel base with a polished Pewter, matt Ecru or matt Dark Brown epoxy paint varnish that guarantees colour stability over time. The variant with a teak top in a natural finish has a structural stainless steel frame, varnished matt Ecru or Dark Brown colour to match the finish of the base. The tables can be completed by adding the Lazy Susan swivel tray, 60 cm in diameter, made of fine-grained polished Basaltine stone with a contoured edge and chamfered lower part.
Kirk "Console"

Designed to display accessories or as writing desks, the Kirk consoles - avail-able in two heights: 47 cm and 57 cm - are also just the right size for placement behind a sofa. The streamlined metal legs with painted Bronze finish can be paired with glossy lacquered Sand or Mud tops, high gloss Black pâte de verre glass or Brown Damascus marble.
Albert & Ile
minotti > Sofa
Drawn from the Minotti Archive, the designs of Albert&Ile, a family of seats and a coffee table characterized by their vintage flavour, are thought as a tribute to Alberto, the founder of the company who died in 1991, and Ileana, his wife, currently Honorary President of the company. The family shares the same design of the slender and retro-styled leg but the elements differ in terms of general shape. Albert maintains the 1900-inspired armrests and classic lines reinterpreted by the aesthetics of the Fifties. A decorative front element runs along its entire length and draws the armrest: made of solid wood, it is first covered and then fixed with nails to the main structure. Ile, instead, is closer to the aesthetics of the Sixties. Inspired by classic armchairs and characterised by the hollow shape of its back, it reframes these elements according to the versatility of the forms of the Sixties. A mohair wool velvet, in vibrant colours with shimmering reflections - from Mink to Cobalt, from Blue Ocean to Titanium - is the upholstery that best enhances the two pieces. Albert&Ile have been edited on the occasion of the company's 70th anniversary, testifying the Minotti's DNA which, thanks to its founder, still transmits the importance of manual skills and the know-how of a sophisticated sartorial tailoring.
Belt

The distinctive characteristic and inspiration behind the Belt family, designed in the all-fabric or leather versions, is the idea of a belt that draws the profile of the body, encircling it, then breaking off and fastening on the front of the seat. In particular, in the leather version, the strip is sewn onto a piece of bonded leather to lend support and ensure a consistent thickness: it is applied to the covering as a belt is applied to a dress and an ultra-sophisticated crafting process is required to follow the curved shape of the seat and keep the visible seams perfectly straight and even. With its classic shape, the foam body designs a shell-like, enveloping backrest that welcomes and protects. The seat rests on a die-cast aluminium base with a polished Brandy-coloured anti-touch varnished finish, which enhances the armchair and, in its leather version, recalls the metal finishes of exquisite leather bags. The base is also available in Dark Brown stained Canaletto walnut or Black lacquered open-pore flamed ash. The family consists of a sofa, an armchair, a bergère with footstool, a smaller lounge armchair, and a dining little armchair.
Patio

Having explored the use of woods, such as iroko and teak, with Patio, designed by Italian-Danish studio GamFratesi, Minotti proposes an unexpected mix of different materials: aluminium, wood, stone, cord. The outdoor seating system, with its highly versatile modularity, is conceived as a dynamic mosaic, composed of tesserae in simple geometric shapes, which can be pieced together as desired, and reconfigured to suit the available space and the mood to be created. Patio offers an interesting range of furnishing accessories, from coffee tables with top in brushed fine-grain Basaltina stone, benches, and square and rectangular ottomans with extruded aluminium base, in a creative mix of materic textures and sophisticated, natural colours.
Tape "Cord" Outdoor Stool

The Tape family of seats, which made its début in 2018, naturally evolves, incorporating items for the outdoor environment that maintain the undeniable elegance of the forms and concepts of the design, and add a few welcome variants that embrace the concept of outdoor living. The seats become deeper, larger and more relaxing, while the metal frame, in a new outdoor finish, is covered with the wicker-effect cords available in two colours: Mud and Liquorice. Here, the couture detail of Tape - the piece of ribbon that holds the feet on to the body - takes the form of a metal plate in Bronze colour, a finish that is the leitmotiv of all the outdoor seats of the 2019 Collection. The system offers many elements, ideal for creating relaxation areas also in small outdoor spaces or on urban rooftop terraces: from the armchair to the sofa, from the Paolina chaise longue to the original couch open at the back, from the chair to the coffee tables, up until the stool in two heights of 102 and 115 cm, in the collection from January 2020. The concept of the small tables in metal with Bronze finish is inspired by the distinctive Tape detail itself, which aesthetically secures the legs to the crown, inside which the top in Silver Beola or Corian® EC is inserted.
Linha "Dining"

An expression of the minimalism that pervades the Brazilian architect’s designs, the Linha dining table is a manifesto of his constant pursuit of elegance in the proportions of his creations, and of his almost obsessive attention to detail. Linha, or “line” in Portuguese, is his response to the challenge of designing a dining table with a large span, a structure only 16 mm thick and a top that can reach up to 4 metres in length. Visually, it appears extremely lightweight and airy, despite the strong impact of the materials used, in which marble boldly takes centre stage. In the more sculptural version, the structure designs a bridge, with the top being flush with the sides, whereas in the other tables the blade-like legs, with the section curved on the inside, are set back from the top. The stratified bearing structure with matt black lacquered finish features aluminium sides with Golden Brown finish and a top in Grigio Orobico marble. The top in flamed Tobacco oak and palisander Santos with matt polyester varnished finish is also available – woods that, with their material textures, give great character to the product. The Linha family also includes a round table available in four sizes.
Reeves

The Reeves family comprises numerous chairs, each of which was specifically designed for a particular setting, in terms of both use and style. The carefully-engineered proportions of the elements in the Reeves series allow these products to be seamlessly integrated into residential and hospitality settings, like lounge areas, waiting rooms, corporate offices and boutiques. The semi-round Reeves “Lounge” sofas are an original solution to decorating even very small spaces, adding to the creation of intimate, cozy settings. An especially stunning combination is with the Bellagio “Lounge” table, relaunched in a refined new version with a metal base and glossy bronze painted finish.
Lido "Outdoor"

The Lido Cord Outdoor family, designed by GamFratesi, is developed and upgraded by the addition of two new elements: a linear two-seater sofa and a bench, ideal also for use as a small tabletop in the centre of the living area. Both the new elements stand on four legs characteristic of the Lido family aesthetic, in solid teak wood or mahogany with a Dark Brown stained veneer, enriched by unique steel inserts with a Bronze-coloured varnish at the top. The design, which perfectly expresses the vision of Minotti, capable of interpreting indoor and outdoor spaces with the same strong coherence, is produced using clever, advanced technology and materials conceived specifically for open air environments. The frame of the backrest is in stainless steel with a Bronze-coloured varnish and covered in polypropylene cords in shades that can vary from the more neutral and traditional tones of Dark Brown and Sand to brighter ones also inspired by nature and the chromatic development of the entire collection, Citron, Blue and Petroleum. Colours related to images of faraway landscapes that bring freshness and character to this family of outdoor furnishing pieces with an enveloping look inspired by the 1950s. The new elements enrich the existing ones, where the unusually organic shaped sofa is the protagonist, characterised by a Bronze varnished aluminium base with polished anti-touch finish, a distinguishing feature that makes a strong sculptural impression. On one side it offers a formal seat, on the other its depth is extended, becoming a bergère, with backrest in the shape of a soft nest. A veritable invitation to lie back and relax in a cosier, more relaxing way. The family of furnishing pieces is completed with an armchair, lounge armchair and dining little armchair, footstool and coffee tables, the latter with circular or square top in Basaltine stone, resting on an X-shaped base, and available in four sizes and two heights.
Dan
minotti > Table
Taking inspiration from the minimalist movement, the Dan table combines Minotti's savoir-faire with Delcourt's attention to all the details of a project: from those evident to the eye, to those that can only be guessed. The starting point for Dan is the circle, which Delcourt breaks down in the manner of a figurative artist to investigate its expressive possibilities. The rounded and concave legs and the crosspiece that connects them define the base, enriching the overall design of the table. The contrasting finishes of the supporting legs - Licorice opaque-painted aluminium for the outside and bright Copper or Bronze-varnished for the inside - create an exciting game of lights, illuminating the area below the top, which is generally in the shade. The tone of the supporting structure is recalled in the perimeter band of the top with a subtle variation in the materials: the wood replaces the aluminium and frames a precious surface customisable in Calacatta marble, Black back-painted glass, Licorice flamed ash, matt ebony. Dan comes with a round top in three different diameters and with a rectangular top with soft corners, in three different dimensions.
Carson

The Carson bookcase is characterised by the essential and modern aesthetics, conveyed by the interplay of the various thicknesses, thinner for the sides and thicker for the shelves. Perfectly finished in the rear part, Carson can also be used as a dividing element within the same room. Its clean lines are highlighted by the finishes of the materials used.
Claydon Outdoor

A table designed and engineered for across-the-board appeal in any setting. Now Claydon extends its distinctive inherent “good design” to a new version that is also suited to outdoor use. Claydon Outdoor maintains the purity of its design and its unmistakable class, enhancing its practical aspects through the choice of a material like the made-for-exterior version of Corian®, whose properties of strength and durability are well known. The base of the table is a complex shape characterized by continuous, eye-catching changes in width. Made of die-cast aluminum, it is re-interpreted in a visually lighter and stronger body, painted White with a bush-hammered texture.
