Antelope lineare

The idea for the Antelope sofa was inspired by Antelope Canyon, which was formed by the wind and rain eroding the sandstone thousands of years ago. Just like Antelope Canyon, the sofa seems to have been carved from one solid piece, as if it had been crafted by the wind through the centuries. This “erosion” can be seen all over the sofa, creating breath-taking dynamism on the exterior, and across the seating where it forms a variety of seating depths enabling the sofa to be enjoyed in many different ways.

Flag is a modular system for furnishing different spaces in the home with a precise, geometric design that can stretch across an entire wall. The idea behind this project was inspired by the characteristic flared shape of the backboards into which the modules are locked, accessories are attached, and the lighting is positioned for the tops of the individual panels to create an evocative interplay of contrasts between light and shadow. This sofa features an extraordinarily comfortable high backrest created by a metal frame that encompasses the sides, back and base of the sofa. A special oval-shaped foot raises the sofa, giving it a lighter appearance. This fashion-led sofa features cushions in different textures, designs and seams with inserts made from other materials. Custom designed special embellishments showcase and emphasise each and every cushion.

The idea behind Stylos was to create a soft, comfy armchair that envelops you in a “hug”. The design began with a synthetic metal frame from which the cushions and padding of the backrest, seat and armrests evolved with varying densities to guarantee absolute comfort. Aesthetically elegant yet understated, Stylos’ proportions are ideal for furnishing even bijou interiors. The design favours clean lines yet still embraces a hint of curvy contemporary style.

An innovative tufting technique that is based on ancient hand knotting methods, without trimming so that the wool is left at two different heights on the surface, thereby ensuring exceptional softness when the carpet is touched and walked on. This craftman's technique, which is carried out entirely by hand, gives the carpet an immensely pleasing image of the ancient textile art that existed before carpets were trimmed to a uniform level.
