An innovative production technique turns bottles into a soft yet strong PET felt material that is long lasting and has great acoustic performance. At Ege Carpets we use regenerated and regenerable yarns produced from used fishing nets. Once the fishing nets are collected and cleaned, they are physically and chemically broken down and reborn as strong and hardwearing yarns for carpets.

As a unique feature this 80/20 (wool/nylon) quality has a built in monofilament fibre that “scrapes” dirt of your shoes when walking on the carpet. The quality is a 1500 g/m2 construction and classified as class 33 (heavy traffic) . Furthermore it is IMO approved for marine use and is successfully utilized in entrance areas. Entrance Mats are available in 400 cm width and optimum for a fully glued installation. The collection consists of 4 standard colors which all are in stock for immediate supply.
