The sideboard family is based on the ‚Modulor‘ proportions system developed by Le Corbusier. The proportion is a deliberate attempt to replace the rigidity of symmetry with an asymmetrical arrangement which feels correct.

OKITO – aesthetic material connection in minimalist form. The heart of this minimalist chair is the solid wood seat. With its CNC-milled form, the solid wood seat anchors the chair frame and backrest. The brackets are simply bolted to the underside and are not visible from above. The connection of the backrest is achieved without visible fixings, creating a strikingly simple silhouette – a key feature to the OKITO family.
E8 LONGUE

With E8 LONGUE, the standard table E8 has been expanded to include an extendable version. When closed, the extension of the slim table is invisible. In just a few easy steps, the table top can be extended for two more seats.

The bar chair OKITO PLY BAR is available in seat height 80 cm. The focus therein lies on the reduced use of plywood and steel. This makes the barstool not only visually light, it is also. The backrest is attached to the chair without any visible screw connections and, thanks to the spring-loaded support, ensures high seating comfort. The molded wood elements are also ergonomically shaped and available in different materials. Despite its lightness, the OKITO PLY BAR is extremely stable and offers plenty of room for movement.

The E8 BANK supplements the table of the same name. The dimensions of the E8 BANK are coordinated to make possible to slide it under the E8 table between its legs to save space. „The bench intentionally has no overhangs like the table, because I didn`t want the form of the bench to copy that of the table.“ explains designer Mathias Hahn. The seat is available either in wood or upholstered.

With ZENSO, the designer duo Formstelle has developed a family of chairs of sculptural character. Actually, the family of chairs should have been called „Enso“. The round circles follow the motif of the Ensõ, a symbol in Japanese calligraphy: Although the Ensõ is actually a symbol and not a letter, it is one of the most common drawings in Japanese calligraphy. It symbolizes enlightenment and elegance, the universe and the void, but also symbolises Japanese aesthetics in itself. As an “expression of the moment”.
