The signature Drachmann series draws inspiration from the beautiful garden of Danish romantic poet and painter, Holger Drachmann. A careful balance of Nordic nostalgia and modern simplicity underlies its enduring popularity. Drachmann cushions are custom-made to fit the collection and highly weather-resistant. The upholstery textiles are Oeko-Tex certified, colour and lightfast, water and dirt-repellent and even mildew-resistant. The cushion dries exceptionally quickly, even after a heavy downpour, as the foam has an open-cell structure that allows water and air to pass through. The foam provides a firm and comfortable texture that remains the same year after year. Please note that a different version is available to meet the fire regulations in the UK market. These cushions are upholstered with FR cold foam, which is not weather resistant.

Designed in 1982 by Danish designer Bernt Santesson, the Drachmann Bench is the longest-living garden bench in the outdoor series. Beautiful on its own and convenient as a long seat at a table. Made of 100% FSC-certified teak wood selected for its strength and beauty over time, untreated teak will take on a beautiful silver-grey patina.

Space Copenhagen ́s Fly series signals a sculptural approach to design without sacrificing comfort. Referencing a classic Nordic aesthetic, details and techniques, seen in the slatted wood backrest, organic shapes and solid craftmanship. Fly is a series that allows the users to sit, lie, rest, and relax. Unlike many of the sofas and easy chairs in Scandinavian design history, Fly does not impose any particular posture onto the sitter. The seat itself is optimized for comfort, with loose cushions for the back that can be arranged according to the user’s own needs.

The Gladstone coffee table is the harmonious and refined embodiment of the entire 2022 Collection, characterised by a precise stylistic identity that combines a Scandinavian soul with Japanese aesthetics. Its base recalls the organic forms of Nordic design with clear inspiration from the 1970s: four solid cylindrical legs support an oval top which, thanks to its flared detail, appears thin and light, creating a pleasant contrast between the consistency of the marble material and the visual lightness of the coffee table. Made of marble, it declares its aesthetic power thanks to a special treatment that makes it opaque and silky, except the marbles Nero Marquina and Calacatta, which are polished.
