Feluca Pop Kitchen Stool
infinitidesign > Stool
MADE WITH RECYCLED POLYPROPYLENE PLASTIC The feluca (“becorn hat” in English) is an ancient headgear used in the eighteenth century and characterized by two downward curved extremities. It is no coincidence if BrogliatoTraverso has chosen this name for this new chair, since its backrest has a shape that strongly reminds of it. This particular design gives a sense of movement to its profile, erasing any rigidity and enhancing harmony and refinement. In Feluca Pop, wood gives way to polypropylene, which combined with the elliptical metal frame creates vivid contrasts.

Round&Round Kitchen Stool
infinitidesign > Stool
At a first glance, Round&Round appears to be a classic stool, composed of a delicate structure with four legs in painted steel. But the simplicity of the shapes hides a peculiarity: the seat in recycled plastic or wood, which can be upholstered for greater comfort, spins around the central axis, thanks to a refined and invisible technical solution. Therefore, Round&Round is an essential and delicate piece of furniture, suitable for any context. The geometric perfection of the seat is framed by the delicate yet robust frame, accompanying it in games of match or unusual combinations.

Skol with arms
infinitidesign > Chair
The design of Skol, at first glance, brings back memories of times long gone by, sedimented in the collective memory. In fact, the peculiar shapes and the delicate, timeless structure bring to mind the school chairs, coupled with the desks where each person’s experiences took place during the years of childhood and adolescence. The new Skol emerges from the educational environment, while maintaining the reassuring and evocative sensations that have guided Needs Studio’s creative thinking: the general aesthetic simplicity, given by the 25 mm round steel tube structure, contrasts with the refined details, such as the delicate support of the seat and backrest to the frame, supported by the classic rivet fastening, creating a play of lightness and sinuosity. The soft and welcoming yet robust shapes intersect in a play of full and empty spaces, in which absolute comfort and a distinctly retro style with contemporary influences win out. Skol is available with or without armrests, with seat and back in oak plywood or polypropylene, perfect also for outdoor use, coloured to match or contrast with the chromed or painted frame. Its versatility makes it ideal for numerous uses: it is perfect for cafés, bars, restaurants, bistros, but also for meeting rooms and coworking areas.

Takumi side chair
infinitidesign > Chair
Two kanji characters, “taku” meaning “skillful” and “mi” meaning “to see”, give rise to the ancient Japanese name Takumi, meaning one who has “talent in the field of craftsmanship and technology”. And it is from this encounter between the industrial world and the creativity of craftsmanship that ‘Takumi’ was born, a collection of upholstered chairs where the circular design combined with the minimalism that hark back to bygone eras. The development of this new line, designed by Studio Dessì, is based on the perfect balance between aesthetics and comfort; the steel tubes of the structure seem to interconnect in a way similar to Escher’s optical illusions as they accommodate soft upholstered elements that can be disassembled and restyled. Available with or without armrests, Takumi is an armchair designed for use in the HoReCa industry, but can also be used in more intimate settings. The wide range of fabrics and the steel frame, which can be painted in different colours, work well together to create refined or pop versions depending on taste or the interior.
