The apparent formal simplicity of Darren and its rational, accurate design conceal a piece that is far more complicated and intricately structured than meets the eye. The central element in Moka-coloured ash wood features a shelf closed in on three sides, lined with Malt-coloured satin finish aluminium strips, and stands on a base in the same finish. The glossy Clay-, Sand- and Corten-coloured painted doors are opened with a handle in metal to match the top of the unit, fashioned out of the strip used to finishes their top edge. Aston “Cord” Outdoor

Aston is a family of individual pieces, including a sofa, a daybed, armchairs, footstool, chairs and stool in two heights – 101 cm and 114 cm – custom-designed to furnish homes and “public spaces” with style and elegance, allowing the conversation to continue between indoors and outdoors. The Aston “Cord” Outdoor collection comes with a pewter colour polyester-painted stainless steel frame specially treated for exterior use, as are the padded cushions, which are covered in waterproof fabric. The seat back is in a special braided 7 mm diameter polypropylene cord, available in the following colour variations: Light Gray, Dark Brown, Sand, Sunflower, Khaki Green and Rust, a perfect match for the fabrics in the Art Lifescape 02 textile collection and the shade of Alison “dark brown” outdoor. The painted stainless steel frame is finished with a special polyester paint for exterior use in Pewter colour and the seat back is in a special braided polypropylene cord, available in two colour variations: light grey and dark brown. The seats feature an exclusive Minotti Studio laser-cut geometric design. Inner padding of the cushions is in highly durable expanded polyurethane covered in water repellent fibre.
Easel

An upturned V, transformed from a structural support element into a strong decorative feature, characterises the Easel cabinets. With a frame in Moka-coloured ash and supports in glossy Pewter-coloured aluminium, Easel comes in three versions: cabinet for the living area, cabinet for the dining area and vertical cabinet, for use individually or in pairs. The element of surprise that distinguishes the design of Nendo is back: the true colours of what looks like a single front piece are slowly revealed in the form of doors or drawers with a sloping profile, following the lines of the decorative V shape. The look of the cabinets is enhanced by a top in Calacatta or Stone Grey marble with bevelled edges, expressing the characteristic ability of Minotti to combine different materials and create an original, distinctive design.
Shelley "Dining"

Starting from January 2020, the new Shelley dining little armchair joins the Shelley armchair and lounge little armchair: a seat designed for the dining area that features the same refined design and the same cubic shapes as the project of the same name signed by GamFratesi. In addition to embodying formal elegance and comfort, the dining armchair easily combines compact proportions and a contemporary aesthetic taste, with references to the distinctive features of the Scandinavian style. The height of the seat is increased of 6 cm compared to the lounge little armchair, maintaining the same metal structure in Black-Nickel finish, with front legs inclined and slightly open sideways, in support of a rigid saddle-hide shell slightly flared at the top. Available in a wide range of colours – including the new Ash, Sage, Bordeaux and Dove Grey colours – the shell embraces a soft and comfortable padded seat, enhanced by a careful processing technique and refined tailoring profiles and details. The materiality of the saddle-hide and the plurality of upholsteries for the seat make Shelley dining a particularly versatile and extremely sophisticated furnishing, capable of fitting with measured elegance into any residential and Hospitality context.
Russell "Dining"

Recalling the composed style of the Fifties the Russell family consists of a variety of typologies of great appeal that range from the enveloping armchair to the elegant lounge and dining armchairs, the bergère, the soft sofa and the ottoman. The shape takes up vintage lines, modernising them with an incredibly sophisticated silhouette that involves both the seat cushions and the external covering, which comes in fabric or leather, for a combination of textures of great charm. The fixed cross structure in Bronze-coloured metal with the feet sheathed in Moka-shaded oak is a surprising detail that reflects the virtuosity of Minotti in combining different materials. Worked with the company's unique savoir-faire, they highlight its craftsmanship tradition. The revolving versions of the armchair, the bergère and the lounge and dining chairs are instead characterised by a base made of wooden spokes.
Isole

An evocative name for the Isole family of lava stone coffee tables with irregular shapes, just like small islands in the sea. Available in four sizes, they are characterised by the combination of lava material and glass in four different shades which, like an expanding stain, colours the surface of the top three-dimensionally, leaving the tangible materiality of the stone on the edges. The different heights of the coffee tables, which stand on Pewter-coloured tubular steel legs, inspire lively mix and match effects, creating an interesting play of shades and shapes. The Isole coffee tables are particularly versatile and can be easily combined with the entire outdoor collection. Inspired by a contemporary 1950s aesthetic, their playful yet elegant character shines through, due to their spontaneous way of combining materials with such different special features.
Lou 2020

A combination of fine cabinet-making and high-end technology, the Lou 2020 sideboards blend exquisite craftsmanship with an updated look, featuring new materials, colours and structural details. The Lou family, designed in 2017 by Christophe Delcourt and now revisited, includes a series of elements for the various areas of the home, such as the living sideboard and its TV console table version, and the dining, bar and night sideboards. A combination of fine cabinet-making and high-end technology, their common denominators are their use of precious materials, such as Stone Grey marble, and the refined workmanship of the glossy Mud colour lacquer finish on the doors and back, and the matt Mud colour finish on the sides, while the base is in Pewter colour metal. While maintaining the same precious, stylish details, they are a lighter version of the original, also in the new design of the legs, with square section. The French designer has changed the rules of perception, adding hidden functions to offer a contemporary take on the meuble à secret of the antique tradition from the past. In this way, the console table features an interplay of drawers, the bar sideboard a concealed compartment covered in shiny steel, the classic sideboard a series of doors and drawers. Elements revealed when used on a daily basis, where every detail leads to the discovery of others.
Sendai

Named after the city of trees, Sendai, this line of furnishing pieces consists of a small sofa, an armchair, a lounge armchair and dining and lounge little armchairs. Like slender trunks, the elegant, polished legs, in Canaletto walnut solid wood stained Light Brown, or Licorice lacquered ash, rest on the ground, lifting the enveloping upholstered body and creating a soft rhythm of vertical lines. The possibility of having the armchair, the dining little armchair and the lounge armchair also in the 360° swivel version with return (base in polished Bronze-coloured varnished metal, with sheathed spokes in solid ash with an open-pore Licorice-coloured lacquer, or in solid Canaletto walnut with Light Brown stain) makes the Sendai seats particularly comfortable for both residential and hospitality environments. The compact and well-proportioned silhouette of both the seats and the small sofa, opens up to a new way of using the dining space: as a living room within the living room, a hybrid situation, such as when dinner is served on a large table, while guests meet and socialise round a lounge table. A new, more intimate way of opening up new visual and proportional horizons of the living space, both in homes and in hospitality venues. In 2023, the elegant and airy Sendai family of seats expands, with a new enveloping sofa, a comfortable swivel armchair with armrests and a footstool. The design of the armchair, with its upholstered frame resting on a 360° swivel base with return mechanism, also stems from the desire to have a larger seat whose comfort is ensured by a higher backrest and the presence of comfortable armrests, perfect for ensuring a satisfying sensation of relaxation, especially when used in combination with the footrest.
Alison Iroko Nature

Created in 2006 as the first furnishing piece of Minotti’s outdoor collection, Alison Iroko evolves with an additional finish that makes it even more natural and easy to blend into green and open-air spaces. Alison Iroko Nature, a modular seating system with rigorous and formal lines, is characterised by an Iroko wood frame with a natural finish. The formal rigour and rational, square aesthetics of its structure are balanced by the extreme comfort and softness of the upholstered parts. The natural Iroko finish acquires a warm colour over time, maintaining a soft, muted nuance. When combined with the other elements in the collection, the value of this seating system as a timeless piece is clear, and, thanks to its very strong identity, becomes an icon of outdoor furniture, lending itself to various possibilities in terms of how it is configured, mixed and matched.
Horizonte

A floating island with square lines that marks the horizon of the living space. The new system by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27 takes shape from a suspended base, a solid thin line covered in leather, fabric or both, on which generous volumetric padded elements rest. Perfectly consistent with Marcio Kogan's design philosophy, the Horizonte modular seating system is the result of a clear architectural vision: a rigorous shape, raised seven centimetres off the ground thanks to a recessed plinth in matt black varnished metal, which gives the sofa a special feeling of suspension. A platform on which the upholstered elements are located - seats, backrests and armrests - all conceived as large cushions with bold proportions and a strong personality. It is not only the dimensions that characterise these modules, but also their unprecedented softness, capable of maintaining a precise formal aesthetic, despite their welcoming sinkable effect. Comfort is in fact guaranteed by an innovative technology that uses pocketed springs inserted in variable-density polyurethanes that allow the memory of the shapes to be maintained and the seat to return to its original form, modelling itself to the shape of the user. The base on which the upholstered volumes rest is made from a clever combination of materials: entirely in leather or fabric or in an original mix of both to create an even more refined and prestigious look. In the fabric version, the two strips are coupled with a zip, hidden by a creased seam, presented as an aesthetic motif that allows for the practical and quick removal of the covering. On the other hand, in the base entirely covered in leather, the covering is lapped: refined and inspired by the world of haute couture,this production technique means that the strips of leather are sewn together by folding back the edges. The seemingly simple appearance of Horizonte gives rise to a sophisticated style code that can be used in a wide range of configurations. By combining modules, sloping elements and others with built-in coffee table, an overall narrative that could continue forever without interruption is created. For some elements, the base under the upholstered elements juts out from the seat cushion to accommodate a shelf, available in different sizes and configurations. Like a full stop in punctuation, the module is inserted between the seats, enriched by a top attached to the base of the sofa: this does not interrupt the fluidity of the shape, adding a multifunctional top in Dark Brown stained Canaletto walnut, Liquorice lacquered ash, Calacatta and Grigio Orobico marble, or smoothed matt Nero Marquina and brushed Belvedere granite. In addition to the top, interspersed between the cushions, the Horizonte family also includes coffee tables and a side table. The latter has been designed in perfect aesthetic continuity with the Horizonte seating system, from which it takes both the detail of the matt black varnished metal base and the thickness of the top: a horizontal groove engraved on the solid wood bullnose edge recalls the same concept of geometry used in the base. The coffee and side tables also reflect the same style, with floor support in polished Bronze varnished metal and tops in Dark Brown stained Canaletto walnut or Liquorice coloured ash. The different sizes and heights of the coffee and side tables allow for a play of superimpositions that invigorates the horizontality of the entire family.
Taiko "Outdoor"

The outdoor version of the Taiko coffee table designed for indoor use brings with it the same characteristics of refined simplicity. Made of cast aluminium with a Bronze varnished finish, with a special weatherproof treatment, Taiko Outdoor comes in two versions, both with an oval-shaped top: one version has a more generous surface, but a lower height, ideal for a lounge situation; the other, instead, has a smaller surface, but is taller in height, making it a furnishing piece that caters for all kinds and sizes of seats.
Lido "Cord" Outdoor Dining

The Lido family, by the GamFratesi studio, is a design that perfectly expresses Minotti’s will to create a single design for different indoor and outdoor environments: the technology and material that go into the pieces define their intended use. The Lido Cord Outdoor family is composes of a semi-curved lounge sofa, a linear two-seater sofa, an armchair, a dining little armchair and a lounge little armchair, with an enveloping design reminiscent of a comfy nest, also complemented by a bench and an ottoman. The frame of the backrest is in Bronze-coloured painted stainless steel, and it is covered with polypropylene cords in tones that can span from the more traditional shades of Sand, Dark Brown and Black, to brighter shades such as Citron, Dark Blue and Teal. All colours - with the exception of Black, which gives the piece character and a strong identity- related to images of faraway landscapes that bring freshness to this family of outdoor furnishing pieces with a look inspired by the 1950s. The semi-curved lounge sofa, in particular, is characterised by a Bronze varnished aluminium base with polished anti-touch finish, the ultimate distinguishing mark of its bold sculptural look: on one hand it offers a formal seat, on the other its depth is extended, becoming a bergère, with backrest in the shape of a soft nest. A veritable invitation to lie back and relax in a cosier, more relaxing way. The other elements of the family, on the other hand, rest on legs in Dark Brown solid mahogany, or solid teak, while the coffee tables reiterate the design of the X-shaped aluminium sofa base of the semi-curved lounge sofa. The coffee tables come in four sizes and two heights, with circular or square top in brushed, fine-grain Basaltina stone, which rests on the crib-shaped base.
Deep Suitcase

The meticulous lines of Deep Suitcase are inspired by pure design. It is distinguished by metal feet, chromed or bronze metal burnished, that contributes to its bold personality. Cross

Entirely handwoven according to an ancient Indian tradition, Cross Flag is the rug in 100% fine New Zealand wool with an aesthetic that sums up the meeting of different cultures, enhancing the characteristics of the weaving technique and the material with which it is made. The irregularity of its design is carefully controlled by the insertion of frisé wool yarns into the weft and warp, giving an overall soft three-dimensional appearance. With a 15 mm thick shag and a perimeter underlay consisting of a jacquard ribbon in regenerated cotton, Cross is the ideal complement to all the Minotti seats. It is available in White with a 2 cm handmade Mustard braided border on the short sides.
