Custom patina available.One of the most recognisable designs by Michael Anastassiades Studio, the Ball Lights consists of pendants, wall pendants and ceiling and wall sconces. Designed around existing incandescent bulbs of that time, the project began as an exercise to abstract the bulb into a perfectly spherical ball, celebrating its perfect shape by repeating it in metal.

Shuttle Rug Karin Carlander, 2023

Weaver and textile artist Karin Carlander interprets classic techniques as the backbone of her creative process. Two new designs – a rectangular rug woven from paper yarn and a fringed throw in alpaca wool – showcase this craftsmanship in contemporary pieces for private and public use. For the Shuttle rug, Carlander decided upon paper yarn because of its crisp and delicate expression. Although challenging to work with, the inflexible plant-based material has its own personality and can withstand being dyed in colours. Carlander utilises the paper yarn’s resilience by dying it in hues that bring attention to its unique texture.

IMBA - Colored polyethylene handwoven threads chaise longue _ Moroso

The Imba seating collection features handwoven designs crafted from durable polyethylene cord, typically used for fishing nets, giving each piece a unique and original character, reflected in their distinct names and imperfections. The rust-proofed tubular steel frames are meticulously wrapped with colorful polyethylene cord, complemented by PVC glides for added durability. Each item in the collection is entirely handmade, ensuring no two pieces are alike, with variations in color, weave, and shape celebrated as part of their charm. Note that certain colors may fade when exposed to direct sunlight, which is considered a natural evolution of the product's appearance rather than a defect. A 3D file of the product is available for download, allowing for detailed visualization and integration into design projects.
