A French term derived from silk with a rippled or “watered” appearance, moiré is an optical effect that results in the illusion of waves or the movement of water. This effect is achieved by having an opaque, ruled pattern overlaid over another. Designer Christian Lava’s studies of this effect have led to his latest design aptly titled, Moiré. Using overlapping grids of metal, this LED pendant light dynamically changes shape following the viewer’s gaze, practically coming to life with a vibrating energy. Looking to capture the mythical and natural beauty of this Earth goddess, designer Jean-François Crochet has created the Gaia pendant light. Consisting of geometric frames of brass or raw metal reminiscent of the mountains Gaia created, the pendant uses led light to push light through the “cracks” formed. The resulting light creates a magical feeling, as if the lights peaking through were alive themselves. Customizable groups of hand made crystal "angels” are illuminated by halogen or led lamps. What caused these angels to fall from the heavens? It’s up to the viewers to decide. At Terzani, we spend countless days searching the globe for talented new designers, but sometimes they find us. Such is the case with the young designers Luca Martorano and Mattia Albicini (Draw studio) who approached us with the design for Calle, a fantastic new light we instantly fell in love with. It howcases our skill at crafting crystal to take the material to an exciting, modern place. Luca and Mattia worked with our raftsmen to create a slender inverted flute of crystal that, like the calla lily it mimics, can be grouped into stunning bouquets of light. Design Draw. A family of lamps: suspended, for a coffee table and with a metal structure, and the most recent floor version of the lamp is available in two heights: 130 and 160 cm. The distinctive trait is the shape of the slightly elliptical transparent diffuser, which is characterised by a multi-faceted surface, both inside and out, which creates a rich tapestry of reflections.

Named after the famed and pioneering French author known simply as ‘Colette’, &Tradition’s new table lamp has an avant-garde aesthetic. Showcasing a tactile shade and base, this dimmable lamp is elegant, fresh and playful.

Body made of a special pigmented polycarbonate deriving from a by-product of paper production rather than from petroleum. Adjustability through steel sphere treated with protective layer deposited in PVD. Useful length of the cable 2 mt. The cable can be adjusted and locked in place through a special slit in the base of the lamp. The product has been designed according to the ISCC standards and it is assembled with total absence of glued components so that it can be completely separated for future recyclability.
